What will you learn?
Focusing on the art of hitting and not getting hit, our boxing sessions incorporate a combination of footwork, balance, head movement, and a range of striking techniques which are all vital for stand up portions of MMA bouts. If you are a beginner, there will be greater focus on your stance, balance, and footwork, while those more experienced will have a greater focus on punches and combinations.

Ages 14+ and all experience levels.
