This weekend we have three GBTT warriors fighting on the much anticipated Evolution Combat Sports Network This Saturday 20th of august in Chatham, Kent. We may have a 4th but due to fighters pulling out they currently do not have a confirmed fight. But let’s concentrate on the positives!
So let us introduce you to the GBTT fighters that will be featured on the card. First up is Nicolae Mezdrea ‘The Crocodile’ (0-3 Amature record) will be fighting for the 70kg AM Title against Joe Montague (3-1) Who is coming off a decision win against Jack Minter (1-2) at Victory Fights 5 back in November 2019.
Nicolae has been working so hard in the gym, his work ethic puts a lot of professionals to shame. The crocodile hits like a truck and is not afraid to grapple, he is a real handful and we are all hoping he brings home the strap!
Next up is Gabriel Augusto (1-0 Amateur Record) vs Gabriel Gore. Augusto is having a quick turnaround since his last outing for Cage Warriors South East 28 just last month where he won a unanimous decision vs Florent Casaban (2-1) This was Augusto’s debut and he showed what hard work and dedication can get you. This time round he is facing an enigma in Gabriel Gore because we simply don’t know much about him!
Finally, we have Billy Broster who is making his debut against Ross Woolard (0-1) Billy is legit one of the nicest guys to be around at the gym. Always laughing and supporting other fighters. All that changes the moment he steps into the cage and goes to work. Heavy hands and slick grappling is what will be on show this Saturday.
