Please come and join us at GBTT for a FREE open day, including a seminar by UFC superstar, Nathaniel Wood.

As always, this is a great opportunity to look round the biggest MMA gym in the UK and see if there’s anything that appeals to you!

Our open day is on Saturday 3rd of June 2023 from 9:30am

We will have :

  • Free adults striking class taster sessions
  • Free kids class taster sessions
  • Seminar including Q&A with start UFC Fighter Nathaniel Wood
  • Opportunity to join coach Nate’s free Strength & Conditioning session
  • Nutrition seminar
  • Meet with Jonata for a therapy treatment at the Wellbeing Suite
  • Food/drink/games/photo opportunities with fighters

More on our open day

You do NOT need any experience or a desire to be a professional fighter. We have members from 5-80 years old and can tailor a membership that suits you.

There will be strength and conditional coaches offering advice, physios offering consultations and of course, martial arts coaches who would be happy to show you around the facility and discuss your specific needs – Be they boxing, Muay Thai, grappling, BJJ, judo, wrestling or full MMA.
 
For this event only, NATHANIEL WOOD, UFC featherweight, will be showcasing his skills in a FREE seminar!
 
Nathaniel will be demonstrating a few of his skills and showcasing his new PROSPECT ACADEMY – This is a paid subscription service, that give unprecedented access to him and his coaches, the legend Brad Pickett, BJJ black belt Ashley Grimshaw and boxing coach Barry Healy. It includes exclusive training clips as well as specific personalized drills to allow you to train like him, but just at home!

If you are lucky enough to live close enough to South London to visit GBTT, you can see this happening in person! If not – the Prospect Academy will allow you to be part of the team from afar.
 
Nathaniel’s nutritionist advises on the best fuel for the body as part of the TOTAL ACCESS approach of Prospect Academy. He will be IN ATTENDENCE for the open day, making samples and explaining the importance of proper nutrition for everyone.
 
If you are interested, please let us know and book a place. Spaces are limited, but we would love to meet as many of you as possible, so please come down even if you don’t book and we will find a way to accommodate you.
 
We have considerable parking on site.
