BJJ/Grappling Morning classes
GBTT launches morning classes!
Due to popular demand, GBTT is now offering 7am morning classes every Monday.
Training first thing in the morning has numerous advantages – Great for weight loss, but also perfect for getting a huge energy and endorphin release, early morning training has many advantages. (Not least actually being able to train AND get to work on time). This class will improve your cardio and strength, as well as balance, control, confidence, and self-awareness.

We will also accept drop-ins on the day, as long as there are spaces available, and you have completed the necessary paperwork (which takes 5 minutes).
