BJJ/Grappling Morning classes

GBTT launches morning classes!

Due to popular demand, GBTT is now offering 7am morning classes every Monday.

We are now adding morning classes to our timetable at GBTT. This is a grappling/BJJ class, designed for all experience levels. With small class numbers and highly experienced coaches, your development will be personalized to your needs and aims.

Training first thing in the morning has numerous advantages – Great for weight loss, but also perfect for getting a huge energy and endorphin release, early morning training has many advantages. (Not least actually being able to train AND get to work on time). This class will improve your cardio and strength, as well as balance, control, confidence, and self-awareness.

These classes are available for all existing members, but also for those who wish to join to take advantage of these new hours – And have access to the evening classes, wellbeing sessions, saunas, massage, Strength & Conditioning equipment, one to one personal training, podcasts, limited edition merchandise and all the rest of the offerings at GBTT!

We will also accept drop-ins on the day, as long as there are spaces available, and you have completed the necessary paperwork (which takes 5 minutes).

Our classes

MMA

Mixed Martial Arts combine techniques, skills and disciplines from BJJ, boxing, muay thai, striking and wrestling.

BJJ

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art that focusses on grappling and ground fighting, allowing someone to defend themselves against a bigger/stronger opponent. Overcome opponents by improving your grappling and ground fighting techniques. Classes are available for all levels, in both gi and no gi BJJ.

 

WRESTLING

Learn and develop clinching and grappling techniques to improve your groundwork.

 

STRIKING

Incorporate boxing, muay thai and kickboxing techniques to learn self-defence and MMA striking skills.

Lift & Learn

Improve your cardiovascular fitness in our high intensity interval training (HIIT) classes. Suitable for all levels.

Boxing

Develop your boxing technique, movement and skill, working through combinations based on your experience.

 

Kids Classes

Our kids classes are taught in age groups and cover the core disciplines of mixed martial arts.

SPARRING

Put your learning into practice in our sparring sessions. Participants will be paired up based on experience.
