Our first class is dedicated to wrestling for MMA, designed specifically for those looking to integrate effective grappling techniques into their mixed martial arts arsenal. The second class delves into the dynamic world of Collegiate Wrestling, focusing on traditional techniques and strategies. More about our wrestling classes
Our wrestling classes focus on a number of grappling holds from clinch fighting, throws, takedowns and more. You will learn how to use these techniques to your advantage, by maintaining superior positions to your opponent and restricting their threat without striking blows.
Who’s it for?
Ages 14+ and all experience levels, from complete beginner to advanced.
What kit / equipment do you need?
Shorts, t-shirt/rash guard, mouth guard.
For MMA wrestling on Mondays you will also need MMA sparring gloves.
